BackgroundBecause one big idea can change the world. A creative empowered TY programme landing 2021!ProblemThe Startup generated a lot of Hype as the social Enterprise company that wants to introduce functional creativity to high schools in Ireland.
Most stakeholders are designers with huge focus on creativity. Growth Strategy and more specifically marketing plan was necessary to drum up key elements of growth.SolutionThe company had a powerful Vision and Mission but fell short at breaking it down to implementational goals and objectives.Workshops were set up to create these goals and layout a roadmap to aid the company's strategy.Some of the tactics implemented include:

With the help of the inhouse marketing manager we set strategize a viral campaign with the support of influencers and leaders in the tech communities to launch a challenge.The research was done to case study best practices and how lay out the customer journey.

Patrick, the CEO, wanted to offer all the "brick & mortar" stores in Ireland that didn't have a interactive online stores the ability to do so with the help of the company's existing marketplace.SolutionThe company had great knowledge in designing, developing and launching online stores. On the other hand most of these businesses were struggling.After some research contacting over 200 stores in the country the team came up with a solution to provide 0% commission to all the new stores transitioning to online.An email campaign was setup with the offers.
